Room Rates & Guest Policies at Mainstay

• We have seasonal rates which are subject to change.
• High season rooms are priced $250 - 625.
• Off season rooms start at $150 - 495.
• Check with management for specials, midweek special rates and extended packages for this charming Long Island bed and breakfast.
• Surcharge applies to third party in certain rooms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Due to our limited size and short summer season, cancellations affect us greatly, so, when situations arise that necessitate a cancellation, we sympathize, however, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
• Once a reservation has been confirmed, the cancellation fees are as follows:
  • 25% for all confirmed cancellations regardless of cancellation date.
  • Cancellations received within two weeks of arrival are subject to 50% of charge or non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations of group reservations, two rooms or more, must be made at least one month in advance or will be subject to forfeit of complete deposit.
  • In seasons cancellations within 72 hours of arrival subject to full payment.
  • One night minimum cancellation, all rooms double occupancy only.

Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required for all stays.
• In season reservations within 72 hours of arrival subject to full payment.
• BALANCE IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL.

Pool Policy

• Pool is limited to guest use only, and is open until 6 PM.
• Guests use of pool will be at their own risk.
• No Glassware in pool area.

High-Speed Internet Access

• All rooms at The Mainstay Bed and Breakfast are equipped with high-speed wireless Internet.
