MAINSTAY is a charming Hamptons bed and breakfast restored guest house in the heart of famous, historic Southampton Village. All five suites are individually furnished and have undergone recent renovations with antique iron beds, country pine furniture and Southampton treasures. The gracious Master Suite has a king-sized bed, fireplace, TV, A/C and an antique clawfoot tub in its private bath. With its windows on three sides overlooking the gardens, it is always the first choice of our guests. Our newest suite, Hill Street is a large king room, surrounded in hues of soft blue over looking Hill Street. All of our rooms have windows overlooking the gardens or historical, tree-lined Hill Street in the Hamptons. Each room is unique with faux - painted walls, clawfoot tubs and vintage linens. All are updated with modern additions of TV, fans and A/C. We can accommodate families in our larger rooms or suites; all other rooms are double occupancy. A Continental breakfast in our large, homey dining room is included and is a feature of the guest house.
